This course has been designed for those who are pursuing their LL.B. degrees or who have completed their LL.B. It will cover all core ares in law whithout which every lawyer is incomplete including Indian Evidence Act, 1872; Specific Relief Act, 1963; Indian Contract Act, 1872; Limitation Act, 1963; Hiindu Law; Muslim Law; Code of Civil Procedure, 1908; Indian Constitution and Polity; Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881; Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973; Arbitration And Conciliation Act, 1996; Indian Penal Code, 1860; Registration Act, 1908; Transfer of Property Act, 1882; Law of Tort; Sale of Goods Act, 1930; Indian Partnership Act, 1932; etc. This course will not only give the students confidence upon these subjects but will also help them in caracking Judicial Examination and other competitve tests like Legal Advisors, Attorney, National Eligibility Test, LL.M. Entrance, etc.
